Cutrer used to be a favourite of mine years ago together with the chardonnay from Chalone vineyard---looks like it has staying potential here
The JM Boillot was pretty good in the larger glass.
As visible from the color the Cutrer has taken on some color still enjoyable but it is an acquired taste at this time.

Which cavier was the best and also, is that salmon smoked or raw? What was the full menu? Look amazing,!
I liked the light colored on Osetra Reserve.
Smoked salmon and that was the full meal for 4 people.
I will def keep that in mind for when I grab some caveria next!!
Have you had albino caveria? does it taste as much as the price suggest?
