Vacheron — smallness and straps —
One of the things I love about VC is the new packaging option. What is not to like about the bundled travel case and the strap case. I removed the bracelet, for the first time, this morning and replaced it with the rubber strap on a deployant. So easy. Beautiful, comfortable wrist presence.
Earlier this week, via Watches and Wonders musings about the 2025 novelties, we traded comments about small versus larger watch sizes; e.g., a 35 mm Ingenieur and a 34 mm ALS 1815. This overseas is 34.5 mm and I think it is perfect for my 6.5 inch wrist. Some VC fans have been hoping for a new 37 mm Overseas, perhaps this 270th anniversary year. That certainly has not been the case to date and I am very glad I did not wait for W/W to see one announced.
