Today I stopped by some good friends in the diamond district who always have some insane watches to show me.
Today was no exception, I had to see the John Mayer perpetual first hand.
Pictures don’t do this dial justice to say the least, and I’m not easily impressed anymore, however this dial is very nicely done and it has that “wow” factor!
The heft of the white gold case and bracelet is just cherry on top, the price also very impressive almost choking!

I’m not really familiar with his music, to me it’s a little depressing but his watch knowledge and taste is impeccable.

Yes Michael all your points are valid, the retail is somewhat justified, but secondary market at triple the retail is insane to say the least!

It seems that is hand signed the lacquered, but I could be wrong, my focus was the watch to be honest…
