Patek Philippe twins: ref. 1503 & 1509
Both references share the same 35mm case with teardrop lugs and are powered by caliber 12-120.
Ref. 1503 is said to have been produced only in steel or steel & gold, whereas ref. 1509 was produced in precious metals. But, as you will see below, it is possible to find a precious metal ref. 1503.
Lastly, according to
Phillips, the ref. 1503 has a variant with slightly more prominent lugs: ref. 1503/2.
