Rubber lining is indeed an excellent option, it is comfortable, it looks good, and it extends life duration of the strap. Good choice of color a bit more daring than black but still classy, well done 👍. You should post more pics, one is not enough... Chee...

I’ve been thinking of some alcantara straps with rubber backing for our HK weather and my mind had turned to Mr Chrono too. It looks great!

Hi. Do you fit straps yourself or take to dealer/ jeweller? People on the site seem to change straps regularly but (since the intro of hidden springs etc) I am not sure how easy this is? Special tools required?
