Officine Panerai

It has been a long haul

As many of you may know I have been waiting a very long time for the PAM 317 that I ordered after the SIHH 2008, about 27 months. Originally, Panerai choose to deliver to me a series L with the normal movment an a smoked glass case back. I complained because that was not what I had ordered, nor what i had put a deposit down for. Well suffice to say that in the end everthing has fallen into place and Panerai decided that I was a worthy customer and delivered a series K (with the PVD treated movement) that I picked up today from my AD. Please find attached the pictures of the watch. I am very, very happy and relieved. Best regards, George
