I doubt it is the one. The watch in the picture I posted has the numerals printed on a gold disc of some sort around the dial.. Whearas the Cartier pics posted has the numbers on a white background

The gold shade is probably an artifact of lighting. I'm certain the watch is the one posted, or a custom order version of it. - SJX

The colour of the watch looks artificial - as if it is reflected light or incorrect white-balance on a white metal (platinum) watch. I'm pretty sure you have the answer to your question. Regards, Richard.
