In regards to the coffee post from earlier.
How many of you have tried Illy coffee. Been wanting to try it and picked some up tonight. Any opinions one way or the other??
I tried it in a DC hotel I stayed at with my family...
I thought it was okay, at least how that hotel made it. I think I had it in Italy too, can’t remember. My favorite is from my local coffee shop La Columbe, in Philly, 19th and Walnut, before they tried to become mainstream.

Nice aroma, but a common taste. I’d highly recommend getting a grinder, and purchasing small batch specialty beans to try out. When I went into specialty beans especially single origin beans, I never went back to mixes. If you like a strong earthy coffee,...

You may consider Kimbo or Borbone, to me excellent every time.
My favorite coffee is Café Intencion, a fair trade coffee from Peru and Honduras.
I first tested it departing from Frankfurt airport and drink it wherever I can.
