I love keeping old correspondence... it was a personal touch in the good ol days where email was not always a form of communication for the small Swiss brands
Back in the start of the millennium I was fascinated with NOS chronograph movements ... my grail was the Minerva Avus II’s. Being in Australia ... getting or buying one was next to impossible. So I actually wrote to Minerva by email and they sent me a ‘correspondence’ ... still haven’t managed to get one of the Avus II but owned serveral Pythagores (long gone now).

The value is nice. It seems a letter have a meaning and an e mail is a cold communication way. I wrote a hand written letter to the Swatch group. My question was answered and the proces was a good experience. I think we must write more hand written letter...
