I finally took delivery of this in December

After having lived with it for 3 weeks I thought it was about time to post some pictures. I chose the original dial in the end as I felt it was just a little bit more " under the radar" although I know the popular feeling on the forum is to go with the dial update, it just didn't do it for me whenever I tried it on!

The rose gold rubberclad (or RGR as we frequently refer to it as) is an icon. I remain very fond of the old dial, and agree it is more "under the radar" than the revised dial (as much as possible for an RG case).

Although I have to say that I do hold this site partly responsible for this purchase as it was due to the photos of the rgrc posted on this forum that drew my attention to the watch and it was love at first sight!

Thanks for your comments, it was a tough choice as to which dial to choose. Both options were new, however mine is ta G series and the new dial on offer was an H series. I'm enjoying having it though and that's all that counts.

The old dial looks amazing, just as you are I am too a fan of the old dial. Many different variations of the dial in this style but the dark grey with black subs just takes the cake :)

I bought it because I really liked it but its growing on me daily even more. Some have complained about the weight but I don't wear it loose so I don't notice it.
