...and the cases are different by the way, for instance the casebacks have different diameters (you cannot switch them). I believe the 7922 BC is a Rolex 6538 case, the 7924 is different in terms of thickness, shape, caseback threads, etc...

To be honest, I never knew the 6538 was that thick? I just assumed it was thinner than most of the newer stuff. You know what they say about assumptions..... V/R Mike
