Yes, these rectangular cases are enticing. What I like about the tourbillon you pointed out is the warmth of the golden bridge in contrast to the monochromatic dial and case. Sexy! Cheers, Daos

I love both watches shown, but really love the red gold bridge, grey dial, and white gold case. It works well. I find I am becoming more and more interested in square and rectangular cases (last two purchases are 4 sided). Stewart

At this moment, I was very tempted... 9 years after, I'm still tempted. This is not an easy bird to catch, as we don't often see it, and due to its price. Who knows, maybe one day? It is one of my very favourite Tourbillon, with the Gyro I and the Reverso...

Yes, I am increasingly enamored of rectangular/square shapes. However, I find that not all square watches work well on my wrist. :-( It could be that my eyes are simply not used to the shape. This GP however fits like a glove!!! Breguet numerals are aweso... 

You always have such good taste, Daos. I agree with you on the comfort of these GP 1945's. They are just large enough on my wrist to look hefty, but not too overbearing. I have one that looks just like yours, plus another in 2 register chrono. Love them b... 

I'm glad you're enjoying your GPs. I think the Vintage '45s are an attractive lot. There are several models within the collection that I like very much. There's also a good variety of sizes in the range to accommodate all wrists! Always great to read you,...

Yes, GP is a real connoisseur's brand. Generally, the watches are quite understated, which I like. Very handsome piece you have there. Cheers, Daos

GP have put a lot of thought into the legibility of this watch, from the red date to the white hands on the black dial. An unusual combination of useful complications as well, all wrapped up in a nicely curved case that hugs the wrist. I would love to see... 

This is a beautiful square GP, complete with all original accessories. I also have the warranty booklet, but it is the same as every other booklet of the same era 1964 Girard Perregaux Damier 1964 Girard Perregaux Damier...
