My wife & I live in an English city with an Indian majority, Leicester, and have been enjoying vegetable thalis for a long time. Wonderful! Try one when you can.

I live in Southern California and am lucky enough to have several good Indian restaurants nearby. Even though I'm a bit of carnivore, I almost always order the veggie thalis.

Looks spicy. 🌶️. Nice lunch buddy.

I get a hankering for Indian food about once or twice a week.

The British eat a LOT of Indian food of all sorts, so much so that they go looking for it when they're on holiday overseas, because they miss it. True, honest.
