It is either a 1958, 59 or 60.
The 1958 would have two decklid chrome bars in addition to the missing bumpers and the 59 & 60 models had identical bodies, minus the decklid chrome bars. Whatever year it is the car has been modified. The exhaust pipe should go out of the body, below...
