I couldn't find this model. It could be the phantomatic 122 of which only prototypes exist. 40mm, S/S bezel, brushes titanium case.

Yes, it looks like the PAM 105. White Gold "AMG" LE. There was a Ti version too, PAM 108, on a bracelet. Early 2000's. [nt]
