A very generous gift!
A couple of weeks ago, I was discussing watches with few poker players who were kind enough to help fund my next acquisition!
And now my new time piece has finally arrived - the Parmigiani Fleurier Kalpa Qualité Fleurier!
While the movement in this one is an automatic rather than the 8-day manual that we all know and love, I'm pleased to report that the finishing does not disappoint!
I'll try to put together a more comprehensive review later. In the mean time, I'm looking forward to giving this one some wrist time at the next card game!

I‘m happy I wasn’t in that poker round. If I was you‘d probably be wearing a Kalpa Tourbillon… There are some very appealing models in PF’s Qualité Fleurier line. Enjoy yours thoroughly! Daniel
Agreed! It's a very unique design and off the top of my head, I can't think of any watches that resemble it.
