A festival of Jaeger Lecoultre Futurematic.
Last Friday, I could see some nice Futurematic E 501 in steel or gold, and E 502 ( Porthole ) in rose gold.
You can imagine how thrilling it is to see one, and how excited you can feel when you fall on several. The Futurematic is, as you know, not a watch you see everyday, and is really special.
E 501 Steel, which is in superb shape:
" Slide, do not lift " reminds the crown on the case back...
E 501 in rose gold, not bad looking, either...

JLC seems to have lost some of their horologically innovative mojo lately. Let's hope they get it back and not by adding diamonds to bezels or guilloche on every dial surface!
