This is one item that is meat lovers best friend, the Rack of Lamb.
Very forgiving to cook, wide range of time and it is still good, seldom disappoints. Seasoning is also flexible, depending on how heavy you like your spices.
I like mine with a little soy sauce instead of all salt, to give it some color, pepper, miscellaneous ready spices for Lamb plus a very important ingredient, Rosemary. I think without Rosemary, it doesn't bring it to next level.
Add a scoup of Mushroom risotto and drinkable fruit 🍇, it another great meal, home made 👍🏻

A family favorite here.
Seasoned and cooked simply on the grill: marinated for a couple hours with a rub of olive oil, diced garlic, home-grown rosemary, and salt. Just delicious. And a perfect accompaniment to a bottle of Pinot/Red Burgundy. Cheers, John
Yes, favorite to us as well...and I use Sesame oil instead of Olive oil...

Soy sauce is the trick to give it even more taste
I use soy sauce quite often in dishes outside the Asian cuisine,too.
Bingo...I had other times using just salt and it's not the same "saltiness" and flavor.
Something's in the soy sauce that gives it a "kick". Rgds Raymond
The kick comes from any fermented product: the taste is called umami
Umami can be described as "hearty" or "savory", but it is a concept for a taste on its own. Like sweet and salty is umami an own taste. Anchovies have also a lot umami.
Delicious! I remem growing up even though I luved them they
never used to fill me up. Now with age the appetite has receded and they just seem to fit the needs.
It's never enough for rack of lamb...my son and I will not stop if not controlled by my ""boss"
We try to finish a rack (12-13 pieces) in 2 meals, spread the enjoyment, with other rices, dishes as well.
