This is one item that is meat lovers best friend, the Rack of Lamb.


Very forgiving to cook, wide range of time and it is still good, seldom disappoints. Seasoning is also flexible, depending on how heavy you like your spices.

I like mine with a little soy sauce instead of all salt, to give it some color, pepper, miscellaneous ready spices for Lamb plus a very important ingredient, Rosemary. I think without Rosemary, it doesn't bring it to next level.

Add a scoup of Mushroom risotto and drinkable fruit πŸ‡, it another great meal, home made πŸ‘πŸ»
