What's in a name ... they call it a Grand Prix

Knokke-Le-Zoute is the place to be for the rich and famous in Belgium, so these past few years the 'Grand Prix' has grown significantly.

A very nice selection of classic cars brighten up the little coast town. A lot of people agree with me that the roads around Knokke can hardly been seen as real driver roads, but hey, in Knokke it's all about being seen .. there's even a square called 'Place m'as-tu vu' .. which means 'Square have-you seen me' LOL .

...I would love to be so close to a Cisitalia, but amongst all the exotica is a...Giulia Super. Best car I've ever had. Sorely missed.

Porsche 550 Spyder too cool. What is that worth 5 million??? Most people that own this cars keep them in a glass box here they are leaving them out in the rain. These guys really know what it is all about and I salute them. Thanks Bim for these great pictures and this wonderful adventure for the eyes and mind. Bill

With pictures / cars like these you really do not need to comment much. What a stunning event! No watch sponsor in sight? Surely an opportunity for the next iteration. Some of the cars photographed really warm my heart and many rare birds amongst them!
