Dear friends
Winter harvest is not as fertile as summer one but it has that extra charm.
What charm is that ...well.... let's break it step by step....

In vintage world "the complete set" is less and less common and of course it comes
with its price tag...but when you came across nearly NOS for 3 digit numbers in lover hundreds
then it is as good as good eiswine wink

My latest catch came with

Box

period correct buckle (very important!!!)
smile

correct crown

and even strap

Here in full glory the Zenith Surf 01-0030-380

Watch that is very hard to take decent pictures of...actually most challenging of all I have

Here I would like to emphasize one of strongest sides of this vintage gem....the dial...so called linen dial but some may call it florentine or lozenge pattern dial

Radiating on the wrist due to silvered indexes

and resting peacefully on stand that is integral part of the box

Date at so called Zenith position

Inside is high grade 28.800 A/h in house Zenith 2572PC movement with quick date change option (love that)
in 43x33 mm case with crystal glass....very generous for that time

So 70ies... so blue... so not round smile so happy

Have a great week ahead dear friends
Cheers
D
