I have a small wrist size of 6.75 inches. On the bracelet on the striking 10th it certainly felt modern sized. After wearing it for some time i enjoyed the 10th on the strap better now.

So on my journey I thought I try a 38mm bracelet on the latest new 38mm subdials. I always thought about the older 38mm, but I tried on my wrist on the AD and I preferred more classic sub dial styling. So I like how the 36000 vph and automatic prints were removed for the updated version. This is not to take away from the older 38mm version which I believe is still a great piece who may like the overlapping subdials and more modern scripting.

Turns out the 38mm bracelet is a great fit for me!

So it looks like for me personally I enjoy the striking 10th/42mm more on strap, and the 38mm on Bracelet.

This post is dedicated to all the crazy zenith collectors who tried every combination of the tri color to figure out what works. My journey took a few years hopefully yours is much shorter...actually mine hasn't ended yet.

I have only tried the 42mm.

38mm seems too small but i would have to see it in person.

if you have large wrists it could be too small, but its worth a try, tends to wear larger than whats on paper. [nt]

I’m with you 100%

The striking 10th is fantastic but a tad too large on my wrist. For me, it looks much better on the strap rather than the bracelet. I’ve always found the bracelet quite hefty and uncomfortable to wear. 38mm is quite attractive (I am yet to try it on my wrist).’ The new version with “improved” subdial overlap is calling to me now.

Thanks Bounce! Yes, agreed 10th on strap works better for me, the new 38mm updated subdials I am big fan of and the bracelet. Try it on sometime. [nt]
