on 80 acres in the US Midwest... below is their dog Queen out on the back 40... it was their "retirement" thing after all the kids graduated college so I could only enjoy when visiting. My best guess is that the photo is from the late 1980s. Queenie was a purebred border collie and a natural... she came off of a farm in Eastern Canada as a pup. I had a border collie mix in the 70s named Riley, just loved that dog... it's amazing what they can do... Casey

That dog (Ruff was his name) taught me more about sheep than any book. Great days on north Devon moors.
