The dial of the 5170J has many similarities with the one of the Vacheron Constantin Ref. 6087 from 1954. :P
I prefer the VC‘s flowing elegance over the 5170‘s more austere design.
strongly prefer this dial and hands to any modern (sapphire) patek chrono ever made bulls horns were more an acquired taste for me - but i'm there now!
