I changed the grey strap because I have a grey one on the Twin Beat and wanted to go for a new look.
How do you like it?

Frankly said I miss some of the freshness from the grey strap. Any ideas how to play the brown theme without going boring?

Cheers,
Daniel

looks fine

a very dark blue cordovan, fully stitched could work too

I want to second this suggestion.

A blue strap will highlight the blue text on the dial. But I have trouble picturing blue gator working right on this watch, so I'd want to try it with a more casual material. Smooth cordovan or a pebbled calf.

Excellent suggestion, thank you!

Blue is how the Cornes de Vache is originality advertised, but VC does it in alligator. Your tip of blue cordovan would give it a cool, youthful look. I‘ll check it out. Do you have good experience with a specific manufacturer of cordovan straps? Thanks!

Navy Blue would be my choice! [nt]

Thanks, Reuven

This is how VC sold the watch. It definitely looks great but I fear it would always compete with my blue Overseas and Nautilus for wrist time. Thanks for chiming in!
