Very nice UG, it looks beautifully aged. Not my fav strap combination (too dark), but nice. Thanks for sharing. Vte :)
super compressors are pretty popular amongst us vintage collectors. i have several 36mm pieces, a couple of single crown examples and 1 that is 42mm, the Enicar Sherpa Diver. i might add that all of mine date from 1964 and form part of that birth year collection. best Graham
I love the fact they have luminous dots on top of the index lume. Diver, gilt and 654 feet (199.339 meters) what else can you ask for. Welcome to the forum. Bill
The UG is a very nice example. But for me, it is the Polaris 65. The Longines is, in my opinion, a tad higher in my heart. And the UG would do a very nice 3rd. Best, Nicolas
I had a similar tropical Longines which I have make leave in a moment of weakness...But the UG is always in my collection! The Polaris is amazing! What a timepiece! For my part, my heart go towards the Vulcain cricket nautical vintage and the Lecoultre US version of the Polaris! And Sherpa's are The vertebral column of my collection!! Thanks to all, Samos!
