I cannot help but be reminded of DeLorean. Not only the unpainted optics but likewise a not fully developed vehicle being unleashed on the roads and a very self assured CEO. Let’s see where this all goes. The financial loss from the project will be easy to swallow for Tesla and quite possibly the design language will have a marked effect on the automotive landscape for a while to come. Whether they work as a marketing exercise like cars such as Alfa’s 8C back in the day remains to be seen.
No point in owning that car unless you fancy driving in what a 4 year-old draws. Better to buy an F-150 or another real truck.
Who needs a truck anyway. I mean really. Unless you have a farm or so…
Trucks make sense when life demands. However, none of the purchasers of the cybertruck are farmers, ranchers, or other heavy-duty workers.
Hence us calling them Chelsea tractors 😉
I can’t warm up to this vehicle either 🤭
