AnthonyTsai introduces the Rolls-Royce Dawn, a new soft-top convertible, sharing initial specifications and the brand's bold claims about its design. His post invites the community to discuss whether this new model lives up to the Rolls-Royce legacy and its CEO's 'sexiest ever' assertion.
The Rolls-Royce Dawn is a soft top convertible which looks like it was based on the Rolls-Royce Ghost and Wraith. It houses a 6.6L V12 engine which pumps out 563hp. Weight is a massive 5,644 lbs but the V12 engine rockets this beast from 0-62 mph in 4.9 seconds.
Rolls claims it's the most quiet soft top, and it takes 22 seconds to put the top down.
The CEO claims the Dawn is the most sexiest Rolls-Royce ever created but I don't think everyone will agree with him. In any case, below are tons of pictures as well as a video of the Press Conference.
What you guys think of the Dawn?
Cheers,
Anthony
This one is gorgeous! Thanks Anthony. Cheers, Mark
Although the Wraith drives like a smaller car I wish they made a 3/4 size version. I do like convertibles. JerryW
....utterly hideous A-pillar treatment of the Phantom DHC. I don't see an elegant line on this whole car, just heaviness, which I hope was their goal.
