Woow.. wooow...woooow.

What else to say. Passion 2010 was a giga blast! Great people... also we had to miss some dear friends who could not join at last notice. You where missed my friends! NEXT YEAR!!! 100%!

This edition was another big highlight for me. So many great people,... gave so much energy and some travelled so far to join in.
People from all over the world. From all different background. Joined together in one big passion.

Friendship and Trust!!! The biggest and most important quality of the meeting. Only possible in a small group.

But this said... wooooow the watches. Ohhhh what killer grails did we see. The best 5512's... Milsub's,. Comex,.. Newman... Killy... Daytrona's... so many watches in fantastic condition. Maybe that was the best this year. The quality of the watches there.

Not only rare... but all to die for! And i learned a lot this year. About focus and even higher level of quality!

What fun did we have... Thanks again for that great celebration.

About the Rolex Rolex Submariner Date Ref. 1680

The Rolex Submariner reference 1680 is notable as the first Submariner model to feature a date complication, marking a significant evolution for the line. Introduced in the late 1960s, it bridged the gap between the earlier no-date Submariners and later iterations, offering enhanced functionality while retaining the robust characteristics of the professional tool watch. This reference is distinguished by its single cyclops date magnifier on the crystal, a feature that would become a hallmark of many subsequent Rolex models.

This reference typically features a 40mm steel case, housing the self-winding Caliber 1575 movement. The movement provides a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. The crystal is acrylic, commonly referred to as Plexiglas, contributing to its vintage aesthetic. Water resistance for the 1680 is rated at 200 meters, consistent with its design as a reliable underwater instrument.

For collectors, the reference 1680 is highly sought after, particularly early examples with "Red Submariner" dials where the word "Submariner" is printed in red. These variants represent a distinct period in Rolex's production history and are prized for their rarity and aesthetic appeal. The 1680 appeals to those who appreciate the blend of historical significance, functional design, and the tangible qualities of vintage Rolex manufacturing.

Your title didn't lie ... 2010 pics! :)

What to say, my friend? If some are looking for great Vintage Rolex and don't find them, now we have an explanation. There is a 6542 brown dial exclamation point which is very familiar to me... A very nice array of GMT watches, and especially this all brown 1675, which is pure love for me. An orgasmic show of Big Crowns, too. wow, my friends, you know how to treat yourselves. I'm speechless. Best, and thanks for sharing, Bernhard. Nicolas
