Bali, probably not the place where you think you'd get to see many Vintage Rolex. True, normally it isn't. With the exception of the first week of December in 2016.

The first weekend of December 2016, Vintage Rolex Asylum celebrated their 3rd Anniversary and hosted a GTG for Vintage Rolex lovers from all around the world.

Collectors from America, Europe, Asia and Australia came all the way for the weekend I can always remember as one of my highlight in watch collecting. Never before I've seen so many watches, not to mention incredible watches, passionate people at the same place and at the same time.

Here's my photo report of one of the greatest weekend I've ever had

Milsubs and Comexes are definitely not a rare sight there...

Welcome dinner was held in a restaurant at the beach

Oysters were definitely the main dish during the dinner

And that's the end of day 1

So there were of course time to talk watches to collectors and not just being overwhelmed with so many watches during the weekend. It is great to finally meet a lot of internet and social media friend with the same interest and passion and share their thoughts and knowledge of vintage watches, especially vintage Rolex. I'm really happy to finally be able to meet some of t
