But saw it live recently and the blue dial is a totally different blue to the purplish bezel and thatโs all I noticed, and it bothered me....
the carpets donโt match the drapes!
While I get the popularity and ubiquity breeds demand - it blew me away to see so many Rolexes on many wrists coming to holidays. Nice watch within Rolexes but much prefer other less common Rolexes on wrists like the Explorer orange hand or the RG Yachtmaster or even the Rolex Cellini moonphase. Enjoy the piece regardless - it's a really nice one with the dial!! Peter
I can't tell if you are simply proud to have "the hottest Rolex around at the moment" or you love the watch or what. Not for me, and I can care less about "hot" watches. In fact, I personally find quite a bit more enjoyment from polarizing watches that others find appalling.
Produced for less than a year. it has a different blue dial, last year they reissued it with a different blue dial and the new movement. Beside different blue dial, the new model has a small crown under "6"
