If Rolex follows the usual pattern, you have about a decade to make up your mind, so no rush;)

But to be honest it’s not a true lefty watch, because it still winds and sets as a “regular” GMT. But as always with Rolex, it’s an evolution. Maybe the second generation, will have a dedicated movement and an appropriate screw/unscrew way for lefty’s...
