I think this may be the next watch for me. I love it a lot. This is the 226570 and I don't feel terribly threatened by the size even if it's at the limit. If you have experience with the Exp. II, I'd love to hear about it.

I had the same feeling with this watch and bought a Polar dial version... but then found myself thinking it seemed a bit bulky on the bracelet, so I shrunk it down a bit by wearing it on straps... but then found it slightly sharp-edged and uncomfortable that way. I was in the same boat as you when I sold off my Day-Date. I've come to rather regret that decision, even if there are still good reasons why it wouldn't have worked out so well had I kept it.
