I just came back from an event in Paris, about the new Laurent Ferrier watch, but I had the pleasure to meet there an old friend of mine who brought some stunning watches with him. Among them, this RW Smith.

The case is very much my taste, the movement is top, the guilloché of the dial too, the hands... The only thing I don't really like is these roman hours markers.

I feel deeply honored to have been able to see such a rare bird. And, once again, this movement.... Wow!

Enjoy,

Nicolas

Sensational. And Also...

... Sensational. I am curious to know what you would have preferred in place of Roman markers. -Scott

Agreed.

I can't picture anything but Roman here which I think works quite well.

There is some Breguet DNA in this watch... Breguet numbers would make sense, indeed. [nt]
