. . . at the Los Angeles Coliseum back in '89, but ran into both Slash and Axel several timws at the Rainbow Bar and Grill. (Curiously, they were never there together - one night it would be Slash, the next, Axel.) Axel fell over at one point during that show. Maybe that's why he wore quartz. ;-)
If you haven't read the Slash autobiography, I highly recommend it. Once you are finished, go read "Dirt" which is the autobiography for Motley Crue. I was never much of a Crue fan but the book is absolutely insane. The Slash book is great, but if you read Dirt first, Slash will put you to sleep. Those guys partied so so hard.
