Any owner’s review? I was in London and was kindly hosted well as always by the RM boutique . Procedures have changed and many protocols have been set in order for anyone acquiring the piece as informed by the staff . More personal and hands on then ever.

About the Richard Mille Automatic Declutchable Rotor Ref. RM030

The Richard Mille RM030 Automatic Declutchable Rotor represents the brand's approach to haute horlogerie complications, featuring a mechanism that allows the wearer to engage or disengage the automatic rotor. This reference was produced from 2012 to 2020, positioning it as a contemporary offering within Richard Mille's technical collection.

The 43mm case is constructed from titanium and fitted with a fixed bezel and sapphire crystal. The skeletonized dial provides visibility into the mechanical components. The watch houses the RMAS7 automatic caliber, offering 55 hours of power reserve. Water resistance is rated to 50 meters, and the watch is completed with a rubber strap.

This reference appeals to collectors interested in Richard Mille's technical innovations and contemporary haute horlogerie. The declutchable rotor complication and skeletonized architecture cater to enthusiasts who appreciate visible mechanical complexity. The eight-year production run suggests steady availability within the secondary market for collectors seeking this particular technical execution.

Congrats!

I don't have a lot of personal experience with the RMs as I've never really used one extensively enough. But they're definitely very unique pieces!

Would you mind let me know the list price of this piece?

Thanks!

That’s good news, since about two years ago I inquired about the same exact piece at the New York Boutique and I was almost laught out of the store. Then months later I got a text, “suggesting” to buy a round model RM28, and a square one and maybe, maybe

That qualifies me for one... So sadly no experience, but I’m happy for you, hope you’ll get it soon!

I just have to say that kind of arrogance really ticks me off…

Who are they to judge a customer? Had a similar issue at Azimut yachts. Well able to afford one of their (frankly second rate) boats. Short term thinking. Who knows where the person you affronted will be in a few years or even a decade. They will never forget the slight.

Well, sorry to hear your subpar experience, but it seems that this is not as rare as we think, all we can do is shrug the shoulders and move on.🤷🏻‍♂️ it’s just a watch right...?

BTW Happy Holidays to you and yours!🥂🎄😉

Arrogance... That's one of the things which is the most ridiculous. +++1
