Fascinating. So the second balance spring is for retrograde? Why do you think they called it a capsule?

Glad you enjoyed it!

So I checked their website () and have no idea why they have the second balance spring but that would complete sense to me, despite not being a mechanical engineer ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜œ , I have seen other watchmakers do something similar For the capsule, they explained it below! And for the capsule, they said the below "This is the starting point for this timepiece, on a half-hidden location on a bridge the owner can engrave something that reminds him a memory. It can be an image, a drawing, a text or a date. Th

The only other piece shunting around is the retrograde min and that long arm connected to the spring does go to the min indicator. But then...

... the arm has to move right over the balance wheel to pull back the retro indicator from 60 to 0. Also, I Can't figure how to read the seconds propeller..hehe.

I think you are exactly right!

I think that it is a very much layered timepieces and that the second propeller is at the first layer while the retrograde minutes is the second layer. TBH, I honestly think that the second "indicator" is more for show than anything else :p I have included real pics below

Agreed and to see some "real" pictures instead of 3d models !

Btws, I thought that the case was already included ( it is like an integrated case/movement architecture like jrwong23's recently purchased Piaget Altiplano 900p) and there is just no strap or am I not seeing something :P As mentioned, I am no mechanical engineer so...... am just guessing here.
