After our move to Moscow watch time was at a premium. So even though we have lived there for over three months I have not yet managed to go to a single watch store. After our move to Moscow watch time was at a premium. So even though we have lived there for over three months I have not yet managed to go to a single watch store. And most certainly found no opportunity yet to find some of the funky Soviet era watches I was looking forward to. 

So it’s back to my produced prior to 1974 Raketa, I guess. One of those fully in-house wonders (the manufacturer has been in business since 1721) - everything including the crystal, got produced in-house. 

So a sunny shot, standing in till I manage to explore the world of Soviet and Russian watchmaking in more depth 😊
