It looks like a naval instrument of some kind, as if it belonged festooned on the desk of a ship's captain- I want. That case design is just perfect, the ultimate. It's how I always imagined a naval chronometer for the wrist! Rainer definitely seems like the master of retrograde style. Didn't he have a watch a while back that was hours, minutes, & seconds all as retrograde, if I remember correctly?
