AuHavrePro's original post revisits the Piaget Emperador Coussin Tourbillon, a timepiece he vividly remembers from its 2011 introduction. He praises its design as one of the most beautiful traditional tourbillon dress watches ever made, sparking a discussion among collectors about its unique aesthetic and horological significance. This article synthesizes community insights on a watch that continues to captivate a decade after its debut.

I still vividly remember when this gorgeous timepiece was first introduced, if I'm not mistaken in 2011. I still find it to easily be one of the most beautiful traditional tourbillon dress watches ever made. I would love to see it in the metal at some point in time, luck permitting.... What are your thoughts of it!?........

...not sure I want to see the rotor so prominent on the front. But I'm not a skeleton dial kind of guy : )

Bezel seems a little thick, can't discern the hands well, dial side micro rotor (unless one of their Uber thin pieces) not my style. Would still want to see it. Things take on a different light in the real.

without a doubt unique enough to mostly be an acquired taste ........

That's certainly where my point of seeing it for real stems from. It does however belong to their ultra-thin case category....
