I want to go to an overseas music festival again, on a flight with Patek. The last trip was the 2019 Lucerne Festival

The opposite for me, I wanted to be in Tokyo for the Olympics !

Hard to know when that might be possible again, I will just be happy to get back to Japan. My 5711 used to be one of my favourite travel partners too, especially when in Japan and some other countries where the risk of wearing it was low.

Thanks for the beautiful shots from the (hopefully) near future -- I truly hope the Tokyo Olympics will start soon... and can only be remembered for the athletes' latest achievements and world records! ;-)

PS: I rotated a couple of pictures, and cropped your last name out of Pic #1 (I assumed it was not intentional ;-) Cheers.

We were going to avoid the Olympics…

…because of the crowds, but hope to be back in Tokyo to see some friends next year. I can only go so long without having Tonki tonkatsu : )
