CantDrive55's recent podium finish at the Miami F1 weekend offers a unique intersection of high-performance racing and horological passion. This article explores the author's personal achievement, highlighting the Patek Philippe chronograph that accompanied him, and delves into the community's reflections on balancing such pursuits with life's demands.

Was fortunate enough for a podium finish of 3rd during Race 1 in Miami during F1 weekend, which at my age doesn't happen very often!

I'm not really quite sure how I got to this party, but I'm sure glad I'm here... 🙏

I'm a bit jealous would love to get out to the track but where I am at in life with my three young gremlins, I just can't find time to break away! Not too mention the wife that is horrified of something tragically happening and I fear that I am doomed to enjoy switch backs and mountain/farm roads.

Podium finishes feel great for mere mortals, even talented ones which you obviously are! I miss the track!
