Pur1st shares the excitement of acquiring a Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5712, an unplanned New Year's gift. The post captures the unboxing experience and showcases the watch on the wrist, alongside another fine timepiece from the author's collection.
Till today I have never been wearing any other sporting watch which would come even close to 5712 when both comfort and elegance are concerned. Enjoy yours often! Best regards, Kari
You re right . Indeed i feel it very comfy to wear , just the right size for me. owing its thinness, its practically less vulnerable compared to other big sport watches.... thanks, kari......
Congratulations. This 5712 is a really nice Nautilus, with a captivating dial. Enjoy! Best, Nicolas.
Nico, I enjoy the process, From fully dressed to fully undressed....LOL Thanks for looking
Very clever done Patek! Considering the usage of the 240 caliber with the same added complications like in a 5015, which is not the mega seller for Patek ( BUT imho a wonderful watch !!!) in a Nautilus was genius. Make it also a bit rare and there you have got it: a much sought after sports / diving watch with a sports / diving watch untypical complication. It is a lovely looking watch, no doubt, but also a bit controversial ... Regards Moritz
