In a thought-provoking post, biw explores the deeply personal decision of getting a tattoo, drawing a parallel between the permanence of body art and the enduring legacy of a Patek Philippe timepiece. He contemplates the significance of a discreet Calatrava Cross tattoo, questioning whether such a symbol truly embodies a lifelong commitment. This discussion delves into the intricate relationship between personal identity, brand allegiance, and the concept of 'forever' in both horology and self-expression.

I wouldn't do your placement (it that's what you mean), but if I was so inclined to have that tattoo I'd do it in a different area.
Maybee add a little "Tiffany & Co" as welll?
I love Patek. Adore them as a company. But at the end of the day, I hold no allegiance to Patek or any other manufacturer. Today all might be rosy and great. Tomorrow they decide to sell and change their business practice and start making pieces you donβt like or have a corporate vision you donβt share. For sure Iβm not going to brand myself and beholden to any corporate brand. I live breathe and sleep Patek. But not enough to get a tattoo.
real tattoo ? If yes, you earned my respect as the Patek moderator! I am NOT worthy π₯²
