Watch_kha_wen seeks advice from the community on choosing a single watch from a shortlist of four luxury timepieces, considering a small wrist size constraint of 37mm for round watches. The discussion revolves around the Patek Philippe 6000G-012, Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface, Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso 1931 Ultra Thin in pink gold, and the Rolex Yacht-Master 37mm.

Amongst the 4 watches which one would you go for if you could only have one? (I have a tiny wrist so can not go more than 37mm for the round watches)

If it fits you well, and it sure seems to, the reverso tribute duo is one gorgeous piece to go for. The pink gold reverse is nice too, but the blue tribute duo is so nice... That Patek does nothing for me; same for the Yachtmaster (except for the new RG version, I never have appreciated the Yachtmasters). This message has been edited by vitalsigns on 2016-06-08 14:03:01

Well here are my pros/cons JLC: pros:I tried the JLC Tribute and I loved it (it's my wrist on the pictures) the size was good compared to other reverso that look a bit big on me. cons: manual wind... Patek: pros: size is perfect and I love the blue dial + I love their mechanism cons: price and the strap is shiny (I know I can easily change that) Rolex: pros: always wanted to have one, first one in 37mm which should fit me but have not had a chance to try it yet as it's not been released cons: a

And there are less and less manual winding movements. I would not consider it as a problem. Best, Nicolas

If the watch is having an exhibition back, manual is often nicer to watch. Reverso Due does not offer that. Best, Kari

What a fantastic watch is the Reverso Tribute Duo! Two gorgeous faces and such a useful complication in a single piece.

A comfortable size, a lot of history, nicely executed and essentially two watches in one. Can't go wrong with that.
