In my opinion, the 1815 Handwerkskunst is most swoonworthy, followed by the 5270.

I'm not very fond of AP (just a little). I prefer (for far) VC, PP and ALS.
Please let me start out by saying these are 3 phenomenal watches from 3 phenomenal brands. I would agree to the (perhaps for some or many bold) statement that ALS has definitely replaced AP as me,beer of the the Holy Trinity (assuming one is willing to forego on the weird condition sine no quo that only Swiss brands can mount the top 3) But the question: which one would the reader prefer, is impossible to answer.
