The case is actually closer to a remake of the 6152 than the 6154. The dial is a Richemont Panerai original and IMHO the best dial they've produced so far. I prefer Panerai with screw down crowns as opposed to the "crown locking device" aka "bridge" that they are known for. At least for any size > 4
