Great shots too. All the best, Jon
Meaning that you can hide the GMT hand behind the hour hand, and you could never guess it is a GMT at this stage. Looks like a clean 3 hand, the am/pm is featured by a dot that shows white or black in 12 hours rotation. No quick set date, but quick hour set, hacking second with "zero" reset. Nice movement, and very stable.
Is the GMT hand really fully hidden behind the hour hand? It doesn’t look like…¿
But I am putting a picture below, when the GMT os set at the same time as local hour, and than, it is invisible, as it will run with the hour hand in a 12h cycle, and the GMT hand is designed in a way that it is totally hidden by the hour hand.
I knew a lot less about Panerai. A friend of mine told me it was a "milestone" model and a must have. I bought it, of course, and used it for a while. It didn't last that long though. The "fangs" did me in, in the end. Keep enjoying yours....too much
Looks good on you which is not easy considering the dimensions. Nothing irks me more than gmt watches with 12 hr hands and no am/pm indicator.
