Asimut takes readers on a nostalgic journey back to 1998, sharing rare catalog pages of Officine Panerai watches and their original pricing. This post offers a unique glimpse into the brand's offerings and market value from over a decade ago, providing context for how Panerai's appeal and pricing have evolved. Collectors can compare historical prices of iconic models like the Mare trio, Destro, and PVD watches.

Some contemporary madness:

"If you want your Roadsters or Tanks, you need to carry at least 5 Panerai" trick on the Cartier Authorise Dealers. Heck, I found an old receipt for my 118 which I purchases in 2003 for AUD3,200 plus I got the 10% GST back!!! Factor in the stronger USD back then and I think I got a pretty good buy Gaz This message has been edited by Gaz on 2008-03-24 05:42:38
