Two years ago, if my memory serves me well. The problem is to find one, as most of them were delivered to the RAID.

Is RAID the French police force? If so, was this only given to leadership? Otherwise, that is a very large number of watches for everyone.

I don't remember how many but let's say a good hundred were issued for the Raid.
