I thought I would be staying in Cincinnati over the weekend, which wouldn’t be such a bad thing. Fortunately, despite the challenges, made it home after a four-hour delay! Today’s a day to relax:


That outage even affected the airline apps. While grabbing some lunch at CVG, I witnessed several folks missing their flights because the apps never updated to reflect their flights were boarding!😳


After we finally landed at Logan, then we had to wait as the traffic got more intense, which was a good thing. On the left, you can see a plane waiting for clearance to take off from runway 22R. On the right, you can see a plane about to touch down on runway 22L with four other planes on final approach:


Unfortunately, it was a madhouse at BOS last night as many were stranded or significantly delayed! HAGWE!🥂

I was driving home around midnight Thursday listening to the local radio news station . . .

. . . which had to improvise its broadcast as their computers were down. They had all their on-air announcers ad-libbing the news.
